Sales Executive
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries, conducting site visits, and effectively handling customers throughout the sales process.
This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inquiries from potential customers regarding our residential properties.

Schedule and conduct site visits for interested customers, providing detailed information about the project and available units.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner.

Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest in our properties, providing additional information and assistance as needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.

Fluency in English and Gujarati is required
